By accessing or using Chat Plus services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any operating policies referenced here.

2. Service description

Chat Plus provides a chatbot workflow and messaging automation system for social messaging channels and related business tools. We reserve the right to improve, modify, or temporarily suspend features.

3. User responsibilities

• Use the service only in compliance with applicable law.
• Keep credentials secure and use strong access controls.
• Obtain any necessary consent before processing sensitive or private customer data.

4. Prohibited content and activity

• Do not use Chat Plus to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access limits or security protections.
• Do not overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with service operation.

5. Intellectual property

We own the base platform, design, and underlying technology. Customer-owned assets, scripts, scripts data, and brand assets remain your property. You grant us a limited license to use your assets only for service delivery.

6. Payment and account status

If a paid feature is introduced, fees and billing terms will be disclosed before activation. Non-payment may lead to suspended access to features or full account limitation based on policy.

7. Liability and disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as-is” basis for communication workflow support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation and termination

• Either party may stop use of the service at any time.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, applicable data processing and retention rules in our privacy policy and local laws still apply.
